Home Staging Benefits

Capture Buyers

Home Staging neutralizes.  It takes the seller “out” so that the buyer can see themselves “in” the home.

Real Estate data and Research shows that buyers initially make up their minds in less than a minute. Strong curb appeal and effective home staging help ensure first impressions are POSITIVE.

Quicker Sale

Staged homes sell 30 to 50% faster than non-staged homes.

Real estate agents are more likely to show a staged property first because of the higher probability that their clients will like it, buy it and close the deal faster.

If a home is on the market for a long time, buyers assume that there “must be something wrong” with the property or it is over priced.  The longer a home remains on the market the greater the probability of receiving lower offers, since buyers assume that the sellers are probably “desperate” to sell.

Greater Profit

Staged homes sell for more money than those that are not staged. Buyers that fall in love with the look-and-feel of a staged home are less likely to ask for a price reduction.

Home Staging saves you money!  The cost of staging is always significantly less than a typical price reduction.  A price reduction can be between 20,000 and 50,000!

Home Staging is no longer a luxury – it’s a necessity and costs less than the 1st price reduction!!

Remember….it takes 15 seconds for a prospective buyer to size up your house, and you have only one chance to make that first impression.

Very good points, I could not agree more. It’s true that the intial investment of staging a home can be very intimidating for a lot of people. With that being said, you should wait to list your home until you have saved up enough money to stage it properly, especially if you are in a tough selling market. For most people, staging isn’t a luxury and is something that needs to be done. Great things to consider, thank you!
